Aufgaben Product Owner Region Innerschweiz Ortschaft Rothenburg REF Nr 9D0S05 Stellenbeschreibung Ganzheitliche Verantwortung für bestehende und zukünftige Mobile Apps (iOS & Android) Aufnahme, Analyse und Spezifikation von Anforderungen (Requirements Engineering, Use Cases) Zentrale Drehscheibe zwischen internen Teams, externen Stakeholdern und Entwicklungspartnern Priorisierung von Anforderungen sowie Bewertung technischer und fachlicher Spezifikationen Steuerung des operativen und technischen App-Betriebs Analyse und Lösung komplexer Betriebs- und Anwendungsprobleme in Zusammenarbeit mit Support & Entwicklung Wissenstransfer und Support-Unterstützung für App-spezifische Themen Sicherstellung von Qualitäts- und Teststandards Erhebung und Auswertung von Markt- und Kundenbedürfnissen zur Weiterentwicklung der App-Landschaft Anforderungsprofil Abschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung Weiterbildung oder Erfahrung in Scrum / Product Ownership; Interesse an UX/UI & Mobile Design Kenntnisse in E-Commerce- oder E-Procurement-Systemen Sicherer Umgang mit agilen Methoden wie Scrum, SAFe oder Kanban sowie DevOps-Prinzipien Routine im Einsatz von KI-Tools (z. B. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) Interesse an B2B-Prozessen und digitalen Businesskontexten Vorteil: Erfahrung mit CI/CD, Testautomatisierung und Mobile-App-Entwicklung (iOS & Android) Kommunikationsstarke, teamorientierte und lösungsfokussierte Persönlichkeit Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse Perspektive Flexibles Arbeiten: Mindestens 5 Wochen Ferien (optional bis 9 Wochen), Homeoffice-Möglichkeiten, flexible Arbeitszeiten Attraktive Vergütung: 13.
