Paralegal / Fund Documentation
Tasks
Responsible for controls and reviews of the securities transfer process / Document review during onboarding (KYC, AML) and support of new clients or external asset managers / Setup of client accounts in the system / Collaborate with the tax department on tax compliance issues (FATCA and CRS) / Coordinate projects with internal and external stakeholders globally / Participate in multiple projects to optimize tools, global processes and systems / Drive process improvements and system developments.
**Requirements**:
KV, HF / Paralegal training / Experience in a paralegal role at bank, family office, asset management, insurance or law firm / Experience with CDB, onboarding and tax compliance / Audit experience with Worldcheck / Accurate and diligent work ethic / Interest in administrative tasks / Analytical, responsible personality with quick perception that remains efficient under time pressure / Ability to set priorities and good work organization / Communicative language talent and interpersonal skills / Trustworthiness / IT affinity in dealing with systems / Dexterous with MS Office / German and English.
