Leonteq is looking for a Paralegal to assist and provide support on a wide range of legal and group corporate secretary tasks within its Legal Department.

What you'll do
- Assisting a team of lawyers in Switzerland and in our foreign offices on performing various group legal entity management, corporate governance, and corporate secretary tasks
- Draft, review and maintain corporate documentation and assist in internal contract management
- Be part of the project for a new document management system for Legal & Compliance
- Support the roll out and implementation of processes, education and training
- Coordinate the signing and filing of documents relating to the day to day operations

What you'll need
- You have a B.A. in business administration, a paralegal certification or other relevant legal education
- You have experience as a Paralegal, preferably in a legal department within a financial services firm
- You are fluent in both in German and English
- You have strong communication skills and ability to interact and liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- You have an exceptional attention to detail and thorough execution skills; highly organized to meet competing deadlines
- You have a solution
- and service-oriented personality, you are eager to learn and keen to take ownership and be part of a dynamic team

Nice to have
- Knowledge of any other language
