Au sein du département Ressources Humaines International, sous la responsabilité de la DRH de la Maison, le Directeur du Talent Management a pour principales missions la conception, le développement et la mise en place des politiques de talent management et de talent acquisition pour l’ensemble des métiers à l’International. Pour se faire, il/ elle s’appuie sur une équipe.
