**CONTEXT & MISSION**:
L’OCCITANE Group is looking for a highly motivated Talent Development & Training Manager for his Head Office in Plan-Les-Ouates (near Geneva)
In this role, you will support the development of the middle management of the Head Office and improve their ability to manage their teams (employees and career development plan, organizational thinking, etc.).
Reporting to the HR Director, you will join the local HR team (6 people).
**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**:
1. Improve managers’ performance / support to the collective competency ramp up dynamics through:
Group process deployment such as Performance review & Talent review:
- Talent review roll-out, animation of assessment meetings, animation of the resulting action plans;
- Performance review: support to the implementation of new concepts / tools, animation of the campaign (pre-alignment, etc.);
Definition and monitoring KPIs to assess progress.
2. Manage training plan / definition of the training requirements in line with the Group strategy:
Evaluate the specific needs for the Head Office population and development opportunities for the management;
Offer the most adapted training solutions (traditional training, coaching, etc.);
Arbitrate specific requests according to the budget;
Budget management and follow-up.
3. Animate the “Manager Forum” (Manager Community) and the topics that are treated there:
Evaluate points of interest for this group (push or pull depending on the case);
Build and support the action plans resulting from the workshops with the managers;
**Make this forum a real opportunity to share and co-develop**:
- Strategic orientations from top management to managers;
- Managers needs with top management in order to achieve their mission;
Ensure that the population of this forum is consistent.
**4. Support managers on the internal mobility management**:

Career interviews;
Predictive Index Assessments;
Individual Coaching;
Dashboard follow-up on topics such as mobility, 3-year rotation plan, customized training, necessity for a development plan for everyone, focus on compensation.
**6. Internal Communication & HR Projects**:
**Internal communication**: participation in putting in place communication actions related to HR & L&D projects/topics;
**Participation in various HR projects when requested**: B-CORP key contact for L&D, GPTW, D&I, etc.
**HOW YOU CAN FIT**:
Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field of study;
8+ years’ experience in HR with a strong track record in Talent Development & Training in an international environment;
Previous experience in an agile work environment is a plus;
Fluent in English; French is a strong plus;
Natural emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and develop strong relationships at all levels;
High level of autonomy and will to take ownership;
Able to see the big picture and think strategically, while also demonstrating great attention to detail and defining tactical steps to meet objectives;
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and very diverse duties with a hands-on approach;
Appetite for change and challenges in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
