We are looking for an experienced Product Manager, passionate about building innovative digital commerce, to help us develop our state-of-the-art digital platform.

As a Product Manager at Emporix, you will design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. You will work closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and one of your main tasks will be to drive product development with cross-functional teams, leading ideation and giving conceptual and visual input.

Tasks
- Oversee and manage the product development lifecycle
- Focus on developing and aligning the product
- Pitch ideas to senior stakeholders, manage their expectations and establish shared vision across the company. Build consensus on priorities leading to product execution
- Set the product vision and help define product roadmap that takes all the strategic goals into account
- Identify customer pain points to target and align product requirements accordingly
- Identify opportunities, and be able to adapt to change and prioritize feature development
- Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of products and new features
- Motivate and support the development team, creating urgency and excitement about new features/products
- Responsible for keeping a hold on the timeline for implementation and the delivery schedules
- Deliver technical information on new and updated products to product marketing

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics or equivalent. Business Administration will also be considered, if combined with a strong technical understanding
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Working experience in the product & engineering department at a software vendor
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Sound knowledge in modern software development and web technologies is required to enable efficient communication with developers
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
