The role*
The mission of the Branch Food Lead is to shift the sector and drive meaningful change through our client relationships in the local market.
You will be responsible for:

- Co-defining with your peers the strategy and sales objectives for the sector in alignment with the Global Sector Strategy and the specificities of the local market
- Participate in the development of the global sector community
- Capturing analyzing client needs in your market and plan Quantis approach to address them
- Manage the sales pipeline and prioritize activities to reach the branch sector objectives
- Working closely with the Branch Operations Lead to ensure successful planning and execution of the opportunity and project pipeline.
- Ensuring the development and update of 3-year key client development plans
- Positioning Quantis’ on the local market and leading the go-to-market initiatives in the sector
- Leading client relationships through trust & partnership
- Developing relationships with sector specific trade associations in your market
- Representing Quantis’ presence externally
- Improving Quantis’ excellence at both selling and delivering client transformation in the sector
- Ensure knowledge sharing across client teams and branches leveraging Quantis Knowledge Management System

To achieve this, you will lead, coordinate and enable a Food sector community at the branch level composed mostly of Strategists, business developers and project managers focusing on delivering transformation projects in the sector.
You will also collaborate closely with the Global Food Lead, as well as other functions within the organization such as Practice & Expertise communities, Operations Lead, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Talent, etc

- For 10+ years, you’ve been sharpening your strategy, project and business development skills in the Food sector.
- You’re motivated to put your business development, client relations and consulting skills to work towards our mission to align consumer goods companies with planetary boundaries.
- You have a very good knowledge of the dynamics, challenges and opportunities in the Food market related to a sustainability-based transformation of businesses and their supply chain and can develop insights and solutions adapted to our clients’ specific needs and objectives.
- You have a good understanding of the food sector technical aspects (data, partners, impact drivers ) to be able to understand the underlying issues and support/guide internal efforts to find solutions
- You’re an experienced, entrepreneurial, and motivated sustainability professional with proven experience in building & deploying strategies (how to define a strategy, what to look for, market understanding ) and client relations in a similar top private sector consultancy/professional services firm in sustainability and/or in NGOs/industry associations and looking for a big opportunity to work with top sustainability leaders and experts.
- You’ll get boosted by a fast-paced and diverse role: defining the sector strategy for the market, helping the strategists & project managers develop our existing client relations and build new ones and effectively sell Quantis sustainability consulting services, delivering environmental sustainability consulting services for our clients.
- You’re a team player that works quickly, independently and on schedule. Your analytical and organizational skills are top-notch.
- You have project management skills and are able to lead coordination efforts around key challenges.
- You communicate effectively and efficiently, both verbally and in writing and can represent Quantis externally
- You have a consultative approach working with clients.
