About the role

As our Innovation lead, you will see our future portfolio from the ground up. It will be your concepts, and ability to collaborate across teams and different fields which will define the products we deliver.
Every day will be different, bringing new opportunities and new challenges. You can, however, expect to be working on the following
- Developing proposals to expand our portfolio into new therapeutic areas and markets
- Collaborating with Medical Affairs, Pharmacology, Regulatory, Product Development, and Commercial teams to develop Target Product Profiles that address unmet needs
- Driving a coordinated assessment of the scientific, medical and commercial potential of new opportunities
- Evaluating associated risks with new product proposals and overseeing the creation of integrated project plans.
- Tracking end to end project execution to ensure on time delivery of products

About you
You’re an experienced scientist, with a proven track record of developing ideas into pipeline opportunities, ensuring this is done in a meticulous, science-backed way
Naturally you are comfortable working with a broad cross-section of teams such as consumer insights, regulatory affairs, product development, pre-clinical development, clinical development, medical affairs and quality assurance. You can use their expertise to build plans to deliver against project goals.
A PhD in a field such pharmacy, pharmacology, biology, or biochemistry would be helpful, as would good experience in product innovation in areas such as nutrition, supplements or functional foods.
