Our client is an iconic brand known across the globe through a very diversified portfolio of products that are inspired by timeless designs.
To strengthen their Strategic Marketing Team, we are looking for a
**Team Lead Product Management**
**Responsibilities**:
- Define the marketing strategies for the high-end portfolio product;
- Define the right concept, product assortment, price and marketing toolkit;
- Lead the product management to achieve defined business objectives;
- Propose strategic recommendations to the team;
- Lead all activities related to project management to ensure excellent execution and coordinate with internal stakeholders;
- Coordinate the 360° launch package, brief all teams and follow-up;
- Be in charge of communication with external partners.
**The ideal profile**:
- Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or an equivalent education;
- At least 3 years’ experience in a same position;
- Good knowledge of Luxury/Beauty products and passionate about perfumes;
- Very good analysis skills and understanding of budgets and margins;
- Fluent in English and Italian;
- Good knowledge and usage of MS-office, particularly in power point and excel are required.
