Product Manager Post Operative Solutions

The Product Manager Post Operative Solutions will have ownership of the existing and future product portfolio for post operative care and will report directly to the Marketing Manager Interoperability & Solutions
**Primary Function Of Position**
Develop, lead, and implement strategic European+ marketing programs to maintain market share and drive growth of our solutions throughout the post-operative environment. The primary function of this position is to be able to create strategy in alignment with the business needs to help the market grow.
Develop a regional product/portfolio strategy including product introduction, positioning, market segmentation and targeting and installed base retention. This position is responsible for generating growth for products in Europe+ (Europe Africa India SE Asia & ANZ) through demand creation and funnel acceleration; and supporting future product planning by identifying market trends, relevant buying centers and personas, and customer needs.
- Develop or improve value proposition based on customer insights, including Health Economics
- Build Value Props Stories, Tools, Events and Engage 3Ps (Physician, Patient, Provider) with them - targeted in the right sequence
- Customer and Market Insights: Analyze the market, the competition, and trends on enterprise-level across segment technologies to ensure the portfolio is leading the market’s needs and expectations Develop and maintain a needs-based customer segmentation requirements.
- Maintain alignment on target care area - Help define what is being driven and why within commercial org and keep all teams focused on this “commercial strategy”
- Develop Speaker/Teacher/Case Obs/Executive KOLs - with strong technique, outcomes and use of advanced technology
- Quantify the impact - clinical, economic, strategic evidence - of our advance monitoring solutions
- Manage the Pre-Market Release and limited market release for the new solutions for the care area
**This Position Has Responsibility For**
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Executing European+ marketing strategy for post-operative care, including detailed activities to be implemented in a defined timeline and budget
- Partner with key care givers (KOLs) to develop and implement leading clinical education programs, clinical content creation and speakers bureau
- Develop and execute strategies/activities with European and some International medical societies.
- Develop strategy, content, and training support for all the stakeholders
- Work closely as needed with product development teams to solicit and share care givers feedback for new products needed to further meeting HCPs needs and drive adoption
- Develop and implement Masimo’s presence at key European conferences, including symposia, Master courses, webinars, tradeshow booth promotion and presence
- Partner with the education team to identify and support the development of sales and clinical reps—to include creating content for European and Worldwide company internally use— and surgeon training programs to meet our procedure adoption goals
- Develop reference/visit key hospitals using our technologies
**Required Knowledge, Skills, And Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in life science or business discipline.
- 5+ years of Clinical/Product marketing experience in a medical device company
- Monitoring and ECG experience will be a real plus.
- Language (spoken and written): fluent in English required
- German, French Spanish, Italian : any of these additional languages are a plus
- Proven ability to effectively position and /product messages and develop strong sales support to drive desired adoption
- Demonstrated success in building clinical education and marketing programs to drive product/procedure growth
- Superior verbal/written communication, teamwork, and interpersonal work across multiple constituents
- Self-starter with ability to lead projects and work in cross-functional teams
- A keen ability to manage projects, keeping to budget, organizing, prioritizing and coping with multiple tasks
- Strong knowledge of the MS Office product suite
- Ability to travel up to 50% - International travel required
