**Job Description**:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a key user-facing product, helping our users troubleshoot digital experience issues.

In addition to working with a cross-functional product team (software engineers, designers, and product marketing managers), you will be part of the Diagnostics team of product managers, whose mission is to enable our customers to see, diagnose, and fix IT issues. You will play an important role in Nexthink's core value proposition with a direct impact on millions of employees worldwide and the company business.

Working with an empowered cross-functional product team, your mission will be to:

- Come up with viable and valuable solutions to solve our customer's problems.
- Work with product designers to ensure the solutions are usable and with engineers to ensure they are feasible.
- Set the product strategy and roadmap to generate the best value for our customers and build alignment across Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Technical services, and Management.
- Attend Agile ceremonies and manage the usual product operations with the teams in charge: backlog management, prioritization, documentation, release notes, and training.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience as a Product Manager in a software company, ideally B2B.
- This is a complex product requiring strong technical knowledge and basic knowledge in data analysis.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, self-driven approach.
- Passion for solving challenging real-life problems.
- Proven ability to engage, communicate, and present to various stakeholders such as engineers, designers, company leaders, and customers in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
- Professional-level English, spoken and written.

**Nice to have**:

- Experience with using or building monitoring products (for instance, APM or network monitoring tools).
- Strong analytical skills or experience in data analytics, data science, or data modeling.
- Experience building AI-based products or knowledge in the AI domain.
- Knowledge about how IT works in enterprise-size companies and common IT issues.
