**Job Description**:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a key product, helping our users troubleshoot digital experience issues.
Working with an empowered cross-functional product team, your mission will be to:
- Come up with viable and valuable solutions to solve our customer's problems.
- Work with product designers to ensure that the solutions are usable and with engineers to ensure they are feasible.
- Set the product strategy and roadmap that will generate the best value for our customers and build alignment across Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Technical services and Management.
- Attend the usual Agile ceremonies and manage the usual product operations with the teams in charge: backlog management, prioritization, documentation, release notes, trainings
**Qualifications**:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- This is a complex product requiring strong technical knowledge and basic knowledge in data analysis.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, self-driven.
- Experience as a product manager in a software company, ideally B2B.
- Extremely passionate about solving challenging real-life problems.
- Proven ability to engage, communicate and present to various stakeholders such as engineers, designers, company leaders and customers in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
- Professional-level English, spoken and written.
**Nice to have**:
- Experience with using or building monitoring products (for instance, APM or network monitoring tools).
- Strong analytical skills or experience in data analytics, data science or data modeling.
- Experience building AI-based products or knowledge in the AI domain.
- Knowledge about how IT works in enterprise-size companies and common IT issues.
