- Responsible for integrating the strategy (hands-on mentality needed)
- Optimization and standardization of the existing structures and processes to expand the existing markets and expand into new markets
- Scale the existing business, optimize sales processes, increase the growth ratio
- Analyzing and taking responsibility for internal sales structures, processes, channels, and measures
- Optimization of the sales organization and support processes
- Ensuring and expanding KPI-based monitoring with corresponding recommendations for actions
- Development of the license and PaaS-system
- Pricing, analyzing, and promoting commercial feasibility
- Conception of competition and market analyses, as well as trend monitoring

- Job Anforderungen- Completed studies (Bachelor/ Master) at a top university with a focus on business administration/ international management
- Must criterion: at least 4 years of professional experience in strategy/ business development/ consulting
- Proven track record - ideally in a consulting firm (Big 5)
- Proven experience in scaling companies, digital transformation, tech
- You are passionate about digital transformation - you have already gained valuable experience in this area
