**As an EF Digital Strategy Manager, you will**:
- Plan and execute the Digital Paid Media strategy for a portfolio of markets
- Manage and optimize campaigns on top search engines, e.g. Google, Bing (SEM), as well as Display and YouTube campaigns
- Develop and manage social advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Conduct performance analysis of advertising campaigns to enhance effectiveness
- Identify and pursue new advertising opportunities that align with our business goals
**Desired skills and experience**
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, Communications
- Proficiency in Search Engine Marketing, particularly Google Ads and Search Ads 360
- Experience in Social Media Advertising
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent Excel skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Fluent verbal and written communications skills in English, any other language knowledge is a plus
- Be able to legally work in Switzerland (a European passport holder or Swiss work permit holder)
