Assistant(E) Supply Chain

**Notre client, Une entreprise dans le secteur des métaux précieux recherche un(e) Assistant(e) Supply Chain pour renforcer son équipe basée à Genève.**

**Vos missions**

Gérer et développer la relation client digitale.
Mettre en place et suivre des prestations commerciales externalisées.
Assurer les opérations quotidiennes avec le réseau en Suisse
Contribuer à l’optimisation du suivi des transits des métaux précieux.
Identifier, approvisionner et réceptionner les produits finis nécessaires.
Préparer et expédier les commandes clients dans le respect des délais et des standards de qualité.
Suivre et communiquer les indicateurs de performance.
Assumer le rôle de référent(e) pour la Loi sur le blanchiment d’argent (LBA).
Maintenir et actualiser le reporting commercial pour assurer une vision claire des activités.

**Profil recherché**
Expérience dans un poste polyvalent demandant organisation et rigueur.
Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, Outlook) et d’un ERP
Maitrise du français, de l’anglais et de **l’allemand.**
Excellente organisation et grande adaptabilité.
Autonomie et réactivité dans la gestion des tâches.
Sens du service client et capacité à travailler en équipe.
Proactif(ve) et force de proposition pour améliorer les processus.
