We are looking for a business-minded and data-driven Controller to become an integral part of our Connected Devices & Automation team.

**Your new responsibilites**

As a member of the Automation business segment management team, you are responsible for all financial and commercial affairs of the global Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) organization, comprising of the following areas:

- Analyze product portfolio profitability, facilitating decisions that support profitable growth
- Support investment decisions in the product portfolio consistent with business strategy
- Contribute to preparation of portfolio reviews and measurement of investment return, ensuring delivery on innovation roadmaps and continuous performance
- Collaborate closely across functions including Product Management, Research & Development, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, Controlling, IT etc. to secure foundation for decision-making
- Improve and establish new processes, tools and key performance indicators in related areas, guided by the creation of ideas and agreed definition in team
- Evaluate impact of new business models and transformation of organization and portfolio on existing processes such as business cases
- Perform Controlling activities for defined segment cost centers, from planning and reporting to alignment of corrective measures with business partners
- Manage related service level agreements as well as other contractual agreements such as transfer price & royalty agreements
- Contribute to functional development by defining measures to optimize administrative activities, e.g. through digitalization and/or offshoring, and by driving the implementation forward
- Readiness to adjust responsibilities within global segment controlling team in a fast-paced and changing environment

**Your skills**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in business administration, economics or a related field
- Experience in Controlling or business-facing finance function
- Proficient use of MS-Office, SAP (FI/CO, SD) and business intelligence tools (e.g. Qlik Sense)
- Capability to drive standardization and automation of processes forward, leveraging digital tools
- Strong analytical skills and diligent work style
- International experience, creative approach, eager learner
- Team-orientated and takes initiative
- Proficiency in English and German is an advantage
