The Role - Service Delivery Team Lead (Switzerland) As the Service Delivery Team Lead you will be reporting to the Service Delivery Manager (Corporate), you will be responsible for Service Management of IT Services used in support of Swiss business operations. You will be responsible for managing services, policies, processes & documentation in line with easyJet’s wider Service Operation ITIL capabilities. Based on-site in Switzerland the role is responsible for delivering continuous service improvement and managing the customer facing aspects of change, metrics, reporting and acting as the initial escalation point for live services. Overall accountability is with the Service Delivery Manager (Corporate), Location and hours of work This role will be required on site 5 days per week with a total of 42 hours per week due to the nature of the position and who you will be managing. What you’ll need to do the role - Fluent in both English and French is an essential requirement > Experience gained in an IT service management \delivery organisation within a high demand environment > Experience of dealing with a high pace of change and demand from IT and the business with practical experience of delivering a Service Management framework > Experience in managing deliverables via 3rd party vendors > Ability to take ownership for complex problems and offer consultancy to deliver value for customers. > Experience of working in outsourced service provision > Customer focused with a passion and drive for customer satisfaction and delivering business value. > Build effective relationships and results orientation > Proven ability to make customer-oriented decisions > Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner to all levels > Comfortable to challenge and be challenged and manage conflict > Good interpersonal skills that enable working relationships to be developed at all levels across the business > Experience in understanding of cost models (total cost of ownership) > Commercial focus and awareness **Requirements of the Role** What you’ll get in return - Competitive base salary - Up to 20% bonus - 25 days holiday - SAYE & Performance share schemes - Pension scheme - Retail discounts including BOSE electronic discounts - Flexible benefits package - Excellent staff travel benefits About easyJet At easyJet our aim is to make low-cost travel easy - connecting people to what they value using Europe’s best airline network, great value fares, and friendly service.
