Why we are recruiting The World Economic Forum Business Strategy and Partner Services team is a central unit supporting the engagement journey of over 850 global and regional organizations across industries. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead to drive the digital transformation of the Partner journey and improve the quality, consistency, and overall effectiveness of Partner engagement. The Lead will report to the Head of Engagement Services and Digital Transformation. In this position, you will- Lead the digital transformation strategy and its implementation for the entire Business portfolio, including Partner Services, Global Industries, Regional Business, and Centre teams.- Collect and track requirements and design implementation plans. You will act as the "bridge" between Business and technology teams to successfully deliver the Business digital transformation roadmap.- Act as an expert in the Partner engagement experience.- Drive business process improvements that help strengthen engagement across all Partner-facing teams.- Support the implementation of key initiatives through engagement data analysis, insight sharing, and gathering, ensuring the successful delivery of digital requirements.- Be responsible for the effectiveness of digital tools across different engagement processes (Engagement 360, Engagement Plan, Engagement Assessment) to ensure maximum clarity, efficiency, and meaningfulness of data.- Contribution to improving the Partner experience and Partner engagement effectiveness.- Ability to prioritize and act as a business representative in prioritization sessions.- Strength in business analysis and process modelling.- Successful delivery of the digital transformation roadmap.- Service excellence in proactively managing requests, making recommendations, and interacting with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.- Individual leadership and proactivity. Preferred requirements and experience- Bachelor’s degree: an advanced university degree is preferred; project/program management and/or other relevant certifications are a plus.- 8+ years of experience in project management, digital transformation, consulting, and business analysis.- Natural ‘problem-solver’: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity while delivering measurable results on time.- - Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate with and manage the expectations of leadership with confidence.- - Ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
