**Lead Data Delivery, Data Services Team**

Are you a lead Data Delivery consultant with extensive experience in the management of the delivery of data management systems ? Do you have strong experience with ETL, MDM, Data Quality and datawarehouse/Datamarts based on MSSQL Server? If so this role could be for you

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Lead Data Delivery consultant, to join their well-known NGO Client, here in Geneva.

**Your role**:
You will be responsible for:

- Accountability for the overall planning, monitoring and actual implementation of the data projects to be delivered by IT
- Managing multiple concurrent initiatives and allocate resources according to the priorities defined by the Data Services Manager.
- Estimating projects costs and monitor spending to ensure they stay within their allocated budget.
- Managing stakeholders' relations, organize steering and operational committees, communicate roadmaps and project updates and ensure the deliverables and timelines are aligned with the business expectations.
- The architecture of data delivery solutions to support short terms and long-term needs of the Client, and ensure they are consistent with the IT Strategy, Data and Analytics Strategy and Enterprise Architecture vision of the Client.
- Make assessment to balance the initial effort and time for implementation against the recurrent effort for maintenance and reusability of the solutions.
- Ensure the high quality of the deliverables by organizing code reviews, tests or any other appropriate approach.
- Ensure all deliverables are accompanied with their relevant documentation (technical, operational and user documentations).
- Ensure the data catalog is updated based on each new release.
- Ensure that data quality is addressed as part of the project life cycle (quality criteria, controls )

**To deliver the required results, it's necessary that you have**:

- Advanced University Degree in information systems management, computer, engineering or a related field or an equivalent and relevant work experience.
- Certification, training or equivalent strong experience in data management systems, with a special focus on the following technologies/domains:

- DataWarehouse and Datamarts
- Data Architecture
- Relational databases (Database Modelling) and data lakes
- Data Integration (ETL, Web Services, SOA )
- Extensive experience in the management of the delivery of data management systems.
- Extensive experience dealing with data.
- Strong experience in interacting with business users and senior stakeholders.
- Large experience with ETL, MDM, Data Quality and datawarehouse/Datamarts based on MSSQL Server.
- An excellent knowledge of English and preferably working knowledge of French
