We’re looking for an Engineering Coach to:

- operate at the teams-of-teams level influencing how we organize delivering value to clients in iterative slices
- help formulate our business goals into engineering deliveries by shaping how our scaled agile ceremonies work including big-room planning and feature breakdown into engineering deliveries
- work directly with crews and teams to drive engineering practices such as pair-programming, continuous integration and delivery
- establish metrics driven continuous improvement cycles into the culture of delivery

**Your team**

You will be a part of a team of lead engineers and architects who work at the team-of-team level having a large impact on the deliveries of the Trade and Transfer Assets delivery stream.

**Your expertise**

A strong faciliatory leader who has experience as either an engineering lead with strong agile experience or an experience agile coach or release train engineer with motivation to get closer to the engineering. You will have previous scaled agile experience in SAFe or other scaled agile processes and will have worked for a financial institution or consultancy.
- a computer science degree or equivalent experience
- a proven history of delivery in an agile setting
- a track record of working with agile teams and teams of teams to Improve agile or engineering practices
