**Your role**
- We’re looking for a Chapter Lead with a software engineering background to:
- act as people and development manager to our engineers, be a mentor supporting growth and career progression and ensure high standards of Recruiting technologies is applied across the delivery crew.
- support and enable the chapter with new / emerging practices, learning opportunities and capability building.
- connect chapters to the wider UBS community of guilds, engage as thought and action leader beyond the borders of the crew.
- work with Crew Leads and Agile coaches to understand and resolve challenges, opportunities and areas of collaboration.
- support the broader strategy and goals of their organization to ensure chapter members are equipped to understand in their context.
- drive solutions to achieve objectives and key results.
- encourage simplification of processes and technical landscape.
- manage the relationship with one of our key SaaS vendors.

**Your team**
- You will be working in an agile and autonomous team in the Chief Digital and Information Office (CDIO) HR team in Zurich, with the option to work from home for up to two days..

**Your expertise**
- You are a:
- strong servant leader who can garner respect from individuals, puts their needs first, and with a strong attitude of transparency.
- strategic thinker and excellent communicator, able to coach, lead and convince.
- strong relationship manager with internal stakeholders as well as external vendors.

You have:
- high proficiency and 8+ years of experience in the HR and/or Recruiting technology space.
- Experience in cloud deployments or SaaS implementations and integrations in an agile SDLC environment, leveraging modern programming languages (e.g. Java).

Experience with Infinite BrassRing Platform, DevOps, SQL databases and test-driven development is beneficial.
- You hold a relevant bachelor degree or equivalent.
