- **Private Banking Assistant (Client Relationship Officer (CRO)** to join our team in Zurich. As a key member of our motivated and multicultural team, you will be working in the
- **Eastern Europe Team** within the bank’s
- **Wealth Management** division where you will be the point of entry for all operational requests from our Bankers as well as our clients.**Your role**:

- Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering the end-to-end account-opening process, taking into consideration local regulatory specificities.
- Processing investment orders from clients.
- Following up to make sure documentation is completed (missing documents, lists of middle office and R&C holds).
- Assisting documentation flows (archiving and processing physical and electronic forms).
- Gathering KYC information and updating documents in the systems.
- Coordinating closely with the zone’s Business Risk Manager to resolve any risk and compliance matters.
- Leading and organising the prioritisation and remediation of Key Risk Indicators in the team.
- Adjusting to all existing policies and directives and supporting the implementation of new ones, where needed.
- Editing payments and transfers while ensuring instructing parties are systematically called back.
- Building close relationships with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Helping provide assistance with administrative tasks when required.

**Your profile**:

- Knowledge of financial instruments, Bachelor's degree in Finance would be an advantage.
- At least two to three years’ experience in a similar position.
- Fluent in English; other languages, including Russian, would be a plus.
- Understand client documentation and internal processes of a wealth manager.
- Familiar with regulatory aspects (cross-border, R&C, PEP, HRC, FATCA, CRS, etc.)
- Attention to detail.
- Reliable and resilient, with a strong sense of responsibility, completion of the tasks and an ability to multi-task.
- Solutions-oriented and proactive mindset.- Strong team spirit and ability to work independently.
- Must be resident in Switzerland.
