**Aufgaben**:

- Klassische Sekretariatsarbeiten / Administrative Unterstützung
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Kontoeröffnungsformalitäten
- Ausführung von Kundenaufträgen (Zahlungsverkehr und Börse)
- Überwachung von täglichen Transaktionslisten
- Spezialreporting für Kunden
- Schnittstelle zu anderen Abteilungen in Zürich und am Hauptsitz in Genf (Kasse, Fichier Central, Dossier Juridiques und Handel)
- Telefonischer und persönlicher Kontakt zu Kunden
- Vorbereitung von Kundenbesuchen / Organisation von Reisen

**Anforderungsprofil**:

- Banklehre / KV-Lehre (mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung) im Private Banking, alternativ fundierte Erfahrung in der Anlageberatung/Vermögensverwaltung
- Ausgezeichnete Sprachkenntnisse in Russisch (Muttersprache oder auf sehr hohem Niveau) sowie sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch (Französisch von Vorteil)
- Teamfähigkeit
- Gepflegtes Äusseres und angenehme Umgangsformen
- Freude am Kontakt mit Kunden (Kunden
- und serviceorientiert)
- Organisationstalent und Eigeninitiative
- Selbständig, genau, flexibel, belastbar, motiviert und diskret
- Gute PC Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet)
