For our client, a well-known multinational company based in Zurich, we are exclusively looking for a dynamic and flexible **Legal Assistant (m/w/d) 100%**.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Managing correspondence in German and English, drafting legal documents.
- Creating and maintaining client profiles and case files.
- Conducting conflict of interest (COI) checks.
- Providing typing, secretarial services, and correspondence support.
- Assisting with filing submissions, formatting, cite checking, and translations.
- Managing client dossiers, filing, and billing.
- Handling diary management, travel arrangements, and general administrative tasks.

**Your profil**:

- Well-founded basic training with several years of professional experience in a similar role
- Experience in a law firm or legal department is advantageous
- Fluent German language skills in both written and spoken form, professional business English, additional foreign languages are a plus
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office
- Enjoyment in interacting with people and international clientele
