Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Sie als Delivery Operations Development / Spezialist (w/m) für die Region D-A-CH an unserem Standort in Brüttisellen oder Sion. In dieser Funktion sorgen Sie für den reibungslosen Ablauf von Prozessen und tragen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung bei. Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung grosser Projekte und haben ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Informationssysteme? Dann werden Sie Teil von KONE und unserer Vision

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben zählen- Sie analysieren Kennzahlen mit dem Ziel tägliche Abläufe zu verbessern und letztendlich unsere Produktivität zu steigern.- In weiterer Folge schnüren Sie konkrete Massnahmenpakete.- Gemeinsam mit den relevanten Schnittstellen definieren Sie Ziele und initiieren Business follow-Ups.- Sie bieten Hilfestellung bei der Orientierung in der Prozesslandschaft und der korrekten Anwendung der entsprechendes Tools in Form von Trainings und Coachings.- Sie schauen voraus und arbeiten mit globalen Teams um sicherzustellen dass der KONE Way eingehalten wird.- Bei der Neuimplementierung von Prozessen und Tools sind Sie an vorderster Front dabei.- Sie arbeiten in einem D-A-CH Team eng mit den regionalen und globalen Teams zusammen um gemeinsam D-A-CH übergreifend neue digitale Lösungen zu entwickeln- Sie arbeiten direkt an der KONE-Strategie mit, um KONE noch weiter als digitalen Markführer zu etablieren (um die Marktposition von KONE weiter zu stärken)- Nachverfolgung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter bei aufkommenden Fragen zu bestehenden und neuen Tools- Detailliertes arbeiten an Prozessen und Konzepten aber dabei stets das Verständnis einer Vision im Auge behalten- Kreatives Denken und Erkennen von Zusammenhängen zur Erstellung einer zentralen Arbeitsplattform- Sie unterstützen bei der Erstellung und Neuimplementierung von IT-Lösungen

Was wir von Ihnen erwarten- Bachelor in Wirtschafts
- und/oder Wirtschaftsinformatikstudium oder vergleichbares Studium- Fundierte Projekt
- und Change Management Skills- Die Regionalen Schweizer Bedürfnisse kombinieren Sie im einem D-A-CH und Europa Gedanken- Begeisterung für Prozesse, Prozessdesigns, Prozessanalyse und Prozessdefinition
- (Six Sigma ist ein Vorteil)- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (besonders Excel & PowerPoint)- Von Vorteil, Erfahrung im Softwareentwicklung und/oder Business Intelligence- Interesse für IT & digitale Transformation- Einsatzbereitschaft, Spass an der Arbeit im D-A-CH Team, sehr hohe Eigeninitiative, selbständiges, agiles und flexibles arbeiten.- Analytisches Denken, konkrete Aktionen und Lösungen umwandeln & eigenverantwortliches
- out-of-the-box thinking- Zweisprachig Deutsch-Französisch oder Französisch-Deutsch mit gute Englischkenntnisse (min. B2)- Reisebereitschaft in Region D-A-CH und Europa (6 bis 8x/Jahr - 1 Woche lang)
