**Your role**
- Are you passionate about digitization? Are you following the market trends in pricing? Are you keen to become a part of an agile delivery organization in UBS and shape fit for future pricing capabilities?
- We are looking for a Product Owner to join a Client Pricing Crew which defines and drives pricing capabilities for UBS mandate, custody, retrocession and cash offering in booking centers Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Singapore and Hong Kong.
- Key activities include:
- drive and define enhancements for client pricing solutions end-to-end in close collaboration with all stakeholders
- manage backlog and set priorities for the joint business and IT teams
- provide pricing expertise for dedicated client journeys
- analyze and shape complex front-to-back processes to ensure correct pricing
- promote agile delivery principles within the business and IT organizations
- support run the bank activities and controls

**Your expertise**
- preferably a university degree with banking/finance or technical background or equivalent professional experience
- profound understanding of banking business especially pricing concepts (knowledge of Financial Intermediaries and retrocession business is of advantage)
- previous 3-5 years of experience in international project management in banking environment
- experience and excellent track record as a Product Owner in an agile setup
- strong analytical and conceptual skills with strong interpersonal skills
- proactive and target oriented
- well versed in communicating and interacting with stakeholders
- highly engaged and able to work under pressure
- fluent in written and spoken English and German
