**Position Summary
Our Research & Development center in Konolfingen near Bern / Switzerland develops for Nestlé worldwide, new products, processes and packaging in the areas of Dairy and Nutrition. The Nestlé Product Technology Centre Dairy plans and develops Innovation & Renovation pipelines to support growth and profitability of our Dairy business via a consumer centric approach. It ensures scientific, technological and manufacturing excellence through the development of the right competences.

In the frame of a new Organization set-up, we are creating the role of **End-to-End Innovation and Design & Prototyping Manager **directly reporting to the R&D Innovation Lead of the NPTC Dairy. The Green Room is envisaged to be our Lab for orchestrating ideas into tangible propositions. It will be our Centre of Excellence comprising a diverse team of multidisciplinary specialists with skills in the area of Concept Writing, Product visualization, Design, Packaging and Front-End Innovation. In the “Green Room”, we will put together, prepare and polish “ideas”.

**A Day in the Life of an End-to-End Innovation and Design & Prototyping Manager
- Managing the diversity of specialisms
- Translating ideas and technical language into consumer-friendly comprehensible concepts
- Guiding recipe & product development that can stimulate idea generation (The Chefs)
- Guiding early visual design, packaging
- “Stringing together” the specialisms to deliver a coordinated output to key stakeholders (Product Developers / S&T, SBU)
- Facilitating the end-to-end process of Innovation workshops to ensure viable, ready to roll propositions

**What will make you successful
- 15 years’ work experience in R&D / Startup / CMI / CSI / FEI/ Marketing (multi exposure would be ideal)
- Solid understanding of various facets of the innovation and feasibility journey
- Balanced strategic thinking and execution capabilities
- Ability to lead and motivate a cross functional expert team to deliver at the cutting edge
- Lead team in solution and technology assessments
- Ability to Co-create the external and internal innovation strategies by partnering with the internal R&D and SBU teams
- Keep the _“Room” _ahead by experimenting with new tools and technologies by staying abreast of the latest trends and techniques
