**Deine Verantwortung**
- Entwicklung und Steuerung von Projekten im Zusammenhang mit Investitionen in Immobilienanlagen
- Bedarfsabklärungen und Erarbeitung von Nutzungskonzepten
- Erstellen von Szenarien Vergleichen, Nutzwertanalysen, Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtungen
- Erarbeitung von Projektpflichtenheften inkl. Kostenvorgaben
- Entwicklung von marktfähigen Immobilienprodukten - inkl. Due Diligence, Machbarkeitsstudien etc.
- Begleiten von Bauprojekten als Bauherrenvertretung
- Führen von externen Architekten und Planern
- Steuerung und Überwachung von Instandsetzungsprojekten
- Koordination und fachliche Begleitung von Abnahmen und Inbetriebnahmen
- Selbstständige Begleitung der Garantiearbeiten (Mängelmanagement) von Bauprojekten
- Koordination und Support Property Management in bautechnischen Belangen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, externen Planern und anderen Stakeholdern
- Vorbereiten und Stellen von Investitionsanträgen
- Mitarbeit bei der Budgetierung
- Vertretung der Investoreninteressen, Koordination der Vorgaben aus dem Assetmanagement und Umsetzung in der weiteren Projektbearbeitung
- Marktbeobachtung und Netzwerkpflege

**Deine Qualifikation**
- Architektur-Studium FH oder ETH, Eidg. Dipl. Bauleiter oder Techniker HF Hochbau von Vorteil
- Betriebs
- oder immobilienwirtschaftliche Weiterbildung von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung bei einer Generalunternehmung oder einem institutionellen Investor
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Planungs
- und Bauprozesse, sowie der raumplanerischen Instrumente und Verfahren
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Bestimmungen und Normen (SIA), der rechtlichen Bestimmungen und des Vertragsrechts
- Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Französischkenntnisse, sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Hohe Kunden-, Qualitäts
- und Kostenorientierung, sicheres und kompetentes Auftreten
- Initiative und exakte Arbeitsweise sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
