**Technical Product Owner (DevOps/ CI CD)**

On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for Technical Product Owner with proven DevOps and CI CD experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Co-design and own the vision the client's software engineering DevOps platform.
- Take part in the IT Transformation programme, representing the CoE and delivering our vision.
- Preparing for iteration planning, iteration reviews, and stakeholders
- Lead a cross-functional team (but no line-management duties), making sure its members understand the vision and are motivated to deliver on challenging tasks.
- Be the bridge between the software engineers and your team, gather their requirements, understand their motivations, and translate that into well-scoped actionable items in your team's backlog.
- Work closely to stakeholders of other technical areas, such as central architecture, test management, release and change management and support.

**Skills**:

- Over 5 years of Product Ownership experience
- Proven knowledge and experience of DevOps and CI CD
- You are delivery driven with a can-do attitude
- Very good understanding of modern techniques for software development and delivery.
- Proven experience in working with agile methodologies like Scrum or SAFe.
- Advanced knowledge in DevOps and its integral parts like test automation, observability or performance engineering.
- Great communicator, your team and stakeholders need to understand the vision, you also should be comfortable to speak on public events
- Some technical knowledge and experience to truly understand what your team is working on and possible impediments.
