**Product Owner / Requirements Engineer 80-100% m/w**

zur Erweiterung des Entwicklungs-Teams in Zürich Seefeld. Wir realisieren Software-Projekte für den B2B-Commerce
- und Logistik-Markt unter Einsatz von Web
- und Mobile-Technologien. Du hast bereits Berufserfahrung als Requirements Engenieering / Product Owner gesammelt und möchtest in einem kollegialen Team mit flacher Hierarchie dein Wissen einsetzen und erweitern. Ein spannendes Projektumfeld erwartet Dich, in dem Deine kreativen Ideen und aktives Mitdenken gefragt und geschätzt werden.

**Du bist der/die Richtige, wenn Du**
- kompetent gemeinsam mit den technischen Teams und Stakeholder Lösungen entsprechend den Geschäftsanforderungen mitgestalten möchtest
- Stakeholder-Management als ein wichtiger Bestandteil Deiner Aufgaben siehst
- Scrum nicht nur als Begriff im Rugby kennst
- über ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten verfügst
- das Management des „Product Backlogs“, sowie das Sortieren und Priorisieren der Anforderungen Dein persönlicher Sprint ist
**Zudem bist/hast Du idealerweise**
- eine Zertifizierung als „Scrum Product Owner“
- gute mündliche und schriftliche Englischkenntnisse
- Verständnis für Testmanagement
- den Willen, auch über den Tellerrand hinaus zu schauen, entsprechend zu denken und zu handeln

- arbeitest Du gerne im Team, kannst aber auch selbständig Lösungen erarbeiten
- bist Du lösungsorientiert und kannst Herausforderungen mit Deiner positiven Einstellung begegnen
- bist Du kritisch aber kompromissbereit, kommunikativ und hast Spass an kreativen Lösungsfindungen
- überzeugst Du durch Deine ausgeprägte Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung, Dein unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie Deine sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- siehst Du Selbständigkeit und Vertrauen als wichtigen Bestandteil eines kreativen und kollegialen Teams
