- As Product Owner (PO) you serve as the customer proxy responsible for working with Product Management and other stakeholders (Experts, PLs, CLs, and other POs) to define, prioritize and accept stories in the team backlog.**Your tasks**
- Contribute to the vision and roadmap of the product
- Help the team to understand customer/consumer needs, what their challenges are, what pains and gains they have
- Maintain and prioritize the team backlog and define acceptance criteria for team’s backlog items
- Break down epics into stories and tasks for the team
- Conduct events such as sprint planning, sprint review, and backlog refinement
- Represent the team to the outside (stream, project, etc.), sychronze with other POs
- Support program item owners, product managers and other stakeholders in refinement of content and agree on scope and requirements with stakeholders and experts across the organization, starting in early phases
- Identify, qualify, and communicate risks
- Demonstrate achievements and progress as part of sprint review/demo events

**Your profile**
- Bachelor University Degree in Computer Science or Engineering; Master Degree is nice to have
- 5+ years of experience as PO or similar role
- Experience in software product development and cross-product platforms
- Certification (Product Owner, SAFe) is a nice to have
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Open-minded person who is self-motivated, proactive with a can-do approach and result oriented
- Capability to think in a strategic manner and make progressive decisions
- Effective communication with stakeholders
- Excellent English skills, written and spoken; German is a plus
