Responsible for assessing and providing recommendations relating to trend analyses of incidents, working with the relevant IS Service Coordinators as well as validation of problem suggestions and recommending prioritization if applicable. - Correlates information regarding incidents within an individual tower on an exceptional basis, identifying potential patterns and trends. - Validates or initiates requests for change of corrective, adaptive, perfective or preventive nature, validates proposals from internal/external IS suppliers from a technical perspective and conducts system tests and accepts/rejects deliverables based on technical specifications - Supports the management and optimization of service delivery for IS Tower for Unix and Linux Services **Your background**: - A Computer Science degree or similar - ITIL knowledge, certification desirable - Excellent knowledge of AIX, Unix and Linux OS (Recent Versions) 5+ years of experience - Extensive "hands-on" experience of AIX, Unix and Linux Infrastructure and datacenters, Migrations, upgrades, configuration, analysis, and troubleshooting. - Multisite OS management and administration - Multisite SAN/NAS storage administration - Planning design, technical review and implementation of enterprise automation and self-service tools. - USA Tourist Visa desirable **More about us**:
