**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a self-driven, international-minded HR Administrator working in a highly dynamic and international team.

In this role, you will be responsible generic HR administrative tasks including local benefits related activities. You will be responsible for a high-quality and smart service to provide for all colleagues on all levels of our organization, working part-time at 50%.

You will be based in Pully, Switzerland.

**What you will do**:

- Manage in new contract creations and contract modifications addressed to the different sites based in Switzerland (5 in total)
- Assist on administrative tasks related to the onboarding of new employees and leaving process
- Manage summer students and intern’s process
- Administer various HR correspondence related to employees’ benefits
- Support delivery of local benefits to Swiss based employees
- Handle some invoices in SAP
- Organise and participate to HR events
- Handle immigration requests
- Follow-up time and attendance and administer appropriate reports and HR KPI’s

**We believe you have**:

- Qualified HR administrative education (such as HR assistant certificate)
- 3-4 years of relevant working experience in HR Services practices
- You have full fluency in English and French, German language skills would be a plus
- Strong interest in administrative tasks
- Good communication, networking and interpersonal skills
- High personal integrity
- Organized, thorough and attentive to details
- Solution and customer-oriented, flexible and autonomous
