HRBP Corporate Functions
Temporary position: 1 year
Start date: ASAP
Your mission :
You will be responsible for deploying the HR strategy for Corporate Functions in alignment with the company's global objectives, while ensuring full management of HR activities for Switzerland. You will play a key role in supporting leadership teams, driving change management initiatives, and ensuring the smooth integration of global projects within the local context.
Your responsibilities :
- Advise leadership teams on complex HR issues.
- Implement strategies for recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
- Oversee the design and management of compensation, benefits, and performance programs to maintain an attractive work environment.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion and foster a culture that encourages innovation.
- Strengthen employee engagement and professional development through training and career advancement initiatives.
- Leverage HR data to measure program effectiveness and guide strategic decision-making.
Your profile :
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of HR experience, with proven expertise in both local and international environments.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices in complex and multicultural contexts.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
