**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Identifikation und Rekrutierung von vielversprechenden Talenten in den Bereichen Software Engineering, Testing, Business Analyse und Projektleitung
- Eigenverantwortliche Leitung des Kandidatenmanagements über den gesamten Bewerbungsprozess
- Aufbau und Pflege einer Direkt-Pipeline externer Talente über digitale soziale Kanäle
- Erstellung und Veröffentlichung ansprechender Jobinserate sowie Networking für ein starkes externes Netzwerk
- Analyse und Berichterstattung zu Rekrutierungsdaten, Bewerbungsfluss, Quellen und Qualität der Talente

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossenes wirtschafts
- oder sozialwissenschaftliches Studium mit HR-Weiterbildung
- Mindestens 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Recruiter im IT-Umfeld
- Expertise in Active Sourcing und Hochschulmarketing
- Fähigkeit zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Personalstrategien in einer komplexen Umgebung
- Hervorragende Interviewtechniken und Fähigkeit, vielversprechende IT-Talente zu identifizieren
- Zuverlässigkeit, Eigenverantwortlichkeit, Flexibilität und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Vertrautheit mit MS Office-Programmen und bekannten sozialen Netzwerken (LinkedIn, Stackoverflow, etc.)
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
