Pour son premier magasin en Suisse, Krispy Kreme Switzerland recherche un **collaborateur/ collaboratrice (H/F)** pour son établissement à Lausanne. Rejoignez sans plus attendre notre équipe pour participer à cette incroyable aventure

**Principales Responsabilités**
- Gestion opérationnelle des services de vente et responsable des shifts.

- Être le garant de la bonne marche opérationnelle.S’assurer de la satisfaction du client et prendre en main tout problème qui pourrait survenir.
- Être garant-e des résultats et de la rentabilité en vous appuyant sur tous les indicateurs de performances et en faisant des propositions d’optimisation.
- Être pleinement acteur-trice des stratégies commerciales de vente (conseils clients, excellence de l’accueil, ventes complémentaires).
- Identifier les éventuels problèmes et les résoudre.Élaborer le reporting financier à la hiérarchie.Appliquer et promouvoir les directives de sécurité, de santé et d'hygiène.

**Profil Recherché**
- De formation supérieure en hôtellerie ou en restauration.
- Autonome, polyvalent(e) et capable de travailler en équipe.
- Flexible à effectuer des horaires irréguliers, y. c. le week-end.
- Sens de la communication, de l’organisation et de l’engagement.
- Goût pour le contact client et le travail en équipe.
- Bonnes connaissances du français et de l’anglais.
- Excellente présentation.
