**Job Title: Hotel General Manager (with Patent)**
**Location**: Aeschi, Canton of Bern, Switzerland

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day hotel operations, including room bookings, guest experience, and breakfast service
- Lead, train and schedule staff to ensure high service standards
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and legal requirements under Swiss hospitality regulations
- Handle budgeting, cost control, and supplier relationships
- Oversee guest feedback, problem resolution, and continuous improvement

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in hotel or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication in **German** (B2-C1) and **English** (B2+)
- **Valid Swiss hospitality licence (Gastgewerbepatent/Wirtepatent)** for the Canton of Bern
- Ability to work independently and make operational decisions
