Talent Development Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Talent Development Manager interested in having a high-impact role in a fast-growing scaleup.

Your primary focus will be to manage employees' lifecycle through hiring, onboarding, and termination. You will be responsible for evaluating and managing our talents’ performance, benefits, and compensation, with the goal of helping them grow to their optimal capabilities.

In parallel, you will act as a legal advisor by collaborating with legal partners, managing internal contracts and agreements, and fill in the role of GDPR Officer.

Smeetz was founded 4 years ago in Switzerland, and since then we have expanded considerably and are now looking to grow internationally. The company is composed of more than 40 team members, some at our head office in Switzerland and some based remotely across their target market countries.

About the role

1.) Human Resources (90%)
- Create and publish job offers
- Optimize job ads budget
- Manage performance management software
- Manage staff onboarding
- Manage work certificates and recommendation letters
- Evaluate and report employee satisfaction

2.) Legal (10%)
- Collaborate with external legal stakeholders
- Manage staff contracts and agreements
- Manage work certificates and recommendation letters
- Review legal documents and contracts
- Manage the Data protection-related processes and topics
- Act as a GDPR Officer
