Global Marketing Manager

**The Role**:
The Global Marketing Manager of Consumer Portfolio Solutions is a newly created innovative role to leverage the scale of multi-category, multi-product, and multi-tiers Logitech portfolio which should uniquely meet Global shopper needs. This role is a cross Company role working across Creativity & Productivity, Gaming, Streamers and Creators, and Music.

- Create consumer-based solutions and product combinations that uniquely meet Diversity and Inclusion as a core Logitech value: diverse gender and age audiences, price accessibility, usage occasions.
- Creating toolboxes, marketing assets for regional online/offline channel execution.
- Collaborate internally with multiple categories P&L owners and business groups to deploy the product combinations different consumer solutions to drive gender diversity, age diversity, multiple occasions for usage inclusion, and opportunities to purchase.
- Championing the Sustainability programs with
- Logitech consumers, partners and customers.
- Championing core Logitech value of Diversity and Inclusion to meet diverse audiences needs by leveraging the Logitech multifaceted portfolio across business units.
**Key Qualifications**:
To be considered, you must bring the following core skills and behaviors:
- Proven track record in marketing and commercial in B2C environment.
- Proven years of experience in marketing. Knowledge of other marketing disciplines is a plus.
- Experience developing marketing programs from inception through execution.
- Experience in leveraging multiple sources of data to translate into the business plans.
- Ability to influence and work cross-functionally with adjacent business groups.
- Experience in working with international matrix organizations. Understanding of Global cultures.
- Strong analytical skills, externally focused (consumer and shopper first) and ability to research, internalize and ride global consumer trends and shifts.
- Drive decisions for execution while managing inputs from various stakeholders.
