**Role Overview**

We are looking for an exceptional **Associate (Consultant)** to join our Zurich team supporting clients in Switzerland and globally. This role collaborates directly with a Senior Consultant handling global negotiation projects, including corporate negotiations, geopolitical conflict resolution, and crisis negotiations. You will help shape strategy, develop negotiation architectures, and support clients through some of their most critical challenges.

**What You Will Do**
- Support the Senior Consulting Team in complex negotiation mandates involving multinational clients, governments, and international organizations.
- Assist in developing stakeholder analyses, scenario planning, and negotiation strategies for cross-border and high-stakes negotiations.
- Help to prepare clients for critical negotiations, including role plays, counter-strategy simulations, and psychological strategy coaching.
- Contribute to analyzing geopolitical risks, regulatory landscapes, and cultural dynamics affecting negotiation outcomes.
- Assist in designing and delivering executive workshops, negotiation training, and crisis simulations.
- Collaborate with the senior consulting team to develop proprietary tools and negotiation concepts.

**What We Look For**
- Exceptional academic background from a top-tier university in business, law, political science, international relations, psychology, or related fields.
- 2-4 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.), corporate strategy, a legal advisory firm, international organization, or equivalent.
- Strong intellectual curiosity, cultural fluency, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Sharp analytical skills, with a structured problem-solving approach.
- High emotional intelligence, presence, and maturity when interacting with C-level clients and stakeholders.
- A passion for complex negotiations, decision-making under pressure, and geopolitical strategy.
- Willingness to travel regularly, even at short notice, across Europe and occasionally globally, based on client needs.
- Flexibility to adapt work hours to client requirements, including early mornings, evenings, or short-notice requests when critical negotiations demand it.
