Associate Consultant / Consultant Financial Services (Focus CRM) (Salesforce / BSI) We are seeking a CRM Consultant to support financial institutions in designing and implementing customer relationship management and marketing technology solutions, with a focus on Salesforce and/or BSI CRM. You will help clients transform how they interact with customers by shaping strategies, defining target processes, and delivering state-of-the-art CRM solutions. You will guide clients through all project phases from vision to implementation and collaborate within cross-functional delivery teams. Responsibilities Advising customers (banks & insurance companies) on the conception of CRM and MarTech solutions Analyzing customer journeys and business requirements to design tailored CRM strategies and data-driven solutions Participating in projects for the introduction of CRM solutions (requirements engineering, system configuration on a no-/low-code base, testing, change management) Planning and managing project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communications Supporting the acquisition of new customers and projects for the company Collaborating with customers and ecosystem partners About you / Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a renowned university or university of applied sciences in Information Technology and/or Business (focus Financial Services) IT affinity and interest in complex IT systems Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting competences Very good language skills (minimum B2) in German and English Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders from both business and IT Structured and goal-oriented way of working Nice to have First experience in consulting, business analysis, or project management Programming skills such as Java, Python or Javascript Why us Fast-track your development by diving into financial models, cutting-edge technologies, and real-world client challenges while shaping your own path Grow your skills and experience in understanding business models of financial companies, new technologies, and solutions Competitive salary and attractive benefits Modern offices in central locations with good public transport access A hands-on mentality and strong team spirit Fun events, learning opportunities, and initiatives shaped by our people Modern working environment and flexible working models Your documents to start the process CV Qualifications (bachelor/master diploma, etc.) with certificate of grades Motivation letter: Why Synpulse?
