Associate Consultant

**Role**:
You will become part of Kunde & Co’s International Account team and together with the rest of the team be responsible for primarily international B2B clients based in Switzerland. Together you are responsible for delivery across the full marketing value chain. As an Associate Consultant in Zurich you are part of Swiss projects, from the initial analysis, through the strategy development to the final element development. The job therefore covers a diverse set of tasks, including:

- **Analysis**and**insights**: Brand tracking; analysis of markets, customers and competitors; brand research and digital performance analysis
- **Support in Development of Brand**strategy**: Brand positioning strategy; brand system definition and implementation
- **Support in Development of Marketing**strategy**: Marketing system optimization; channel evaluation and marketing plans
- **Support in Development of Value**propositions**and**concept**development**: Product development and launches; campaign concepts and corporate concepts
- **Support in Development of Content**and**element**development**: Campaign flows, information architecture and experience design, creative briefings and liaising with specialists
- **Support in Development of Account**management**and**sales**: Client service, participation in briefings, New-Bizz presentations and upsellin

**Responsibility**:
You will work closely with the creative team, project managers and our in-house specialist departments like media, social media, design, copywriting, analysis and digital in Copenhagen. Therefore, you need to expect to travel 10-15 days a year. As an Associate Consultant you will quickly be given your own projects - but you will always be supported by the team’s more experienced consultants.

**What we expect from you**:

- You have completed your studies and have at least a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business Innovation (or comparable)
- You have 1-2 years of work experience from a student employee position, a marketing department or advertising/marketing agency
- You want to work as an Associate Consultant and are willing to invest the effort it takes
- You are eager to help deliver the industry’s best solutions to our clients
