- Be part of an exciting experience within our Richemont International SA financial team, based in Fribourg. At the heart of our department, you will actively support the Finance Director while contributing to the increasing need of support & event project management.**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
- Work directly with the Finance Director to support all aspects of his daily activities
- Support time management, assessment and anticipation of needs, while maintaining confidentiality
- Create and maintain a privileged collaboration with finance team members (more than 70 people). Act as the point of contact among executives, clients, and other external partners
- Adapt the way of communication between interlocutors
- As an event coordinator, understand requirements, plan, organize and supervise event operations
- Show outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills, as well as an ability in problem-solving
- Prepare presentations and communications for internal and external audiences and communicate on main highlights
- Master verbal and written communication skills, be creative and detailed oriented
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, stress management and anticipation skills
- Ensure proper compliance with Richemont procedures and suggest improvements
- Prove critically thinking and curiosity

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- Graduated with a Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management, Business administration or equivalent, you bring a first experience within a fast-paced environment. You are fluent in French and English.- Curious, dynamic and enthusiastic in nature, you stand out by your sense of service, multi-tasking and organization skills.
