**What you'll do**
- Bridge the gap between technical and business processes to create intuitive user-facing solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Analysts, and Commercial Team to deepen understanding of user needs.
- Lead and coordinate our UX initiatives
- Develop and refine prototypes and wireframes using Figma.
- Propose and implement enhancements to current interfaces based on research insights.
- Work seamlessly within an agile development team, effectively communicating with developers.

**What you bring**
- Independence and self-management with an ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and an understanding of the bigger picture, focusing on what truly matters.
- Confidence in advocating for your ideas and a strong belief in your design decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in a team environment.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the UX field.
- Formal training in UX design or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven abilities in conducting thorough user research.
- An eye for design, with experience in simplifying complex systems into user-friendly flows.
- A history of working on large-scale projects, demonstrating your ability to break down intricate systems into easily understandable user experiences.
