Olympe is an innovative Swiss start-up which operates in a fast-pace and stimulating environment. We provide a new way for enterprises to integrate data, develop services and adapt faster to their business needs. The market calls it “Composition Platforms”.

Olympe is reaching a stage where it needs to transform marketing activities: one of our key focus is to make sure Olympe is well known from the community of developers. At the same time, we want to change our image and show how fun and cool it can be to work with Olympe, as an employee or as a customer. Our Community Manager will be the driver of these changes.

ABOUT THE ROLE

**Responsibilities**:

- On-board hundreds of users on our free version of Olympe
- Set and implement social media and communication to align with marketing strategies
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills and able to develop engaging content
- Ensure that new customers settle in happily
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
- Organise and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales and internal teams to ensure brand consistency and to stay updated on latest features and products
- Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals
- Moderate online and offline conversations with our community
**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and writing communication English skills
- Hands on experience with social media management
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Contract length: 4-6 months
