Role Description

This is not a full-time hybrid role for a Community Manager based in Lausanne. The Community Manager will engage with our clients, manage our online community, create and curate content, and oversee communication across various platforms. Day-to-day tasks include responding to client inquiries, fostering community engagement, organizing events (both virtual and in-person), and collaborating with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and loyalty. Work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Community Management, Client Engagement, and Online Communication
  • Content Creation and Curation skills, including knowledge of social media platforms
  • Event Planning and Organizing skills
  • Collaboration skills, ability to work closely with marketing and other teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Familiarity with the tech industry and web development is a plus
