The position

This role is part of the Marketing function in our Zurich office, while being fully integrated into the global Marketing organisation with HQ in Copenhagen. The Marketing Manager’s responsibility is to devise, plan, implement and maintain a marketing campaigns and communications to support the local growth ambitions and business strategy.

As our Swiss Marketing Manager, you will focus on developing Saxo’s Private/Retail business in Switzerland. You will help shaping the Swiss marketing strategy, calendar, budget, and media plan with the goal to attract traders and investors in Switzerland.

The role is located at our Zurich office and the Marketing team consists of 2 marketing and communication professionals. You will be reporting to the Head of Marketing in Switzerland. Moreover you will be coordinating HQ functions for content production, media buying and web development.

How you succeed
- Support paid ads performance for lead generation and digital acquisition across all digital marketing campaigns
- Analyse and identifying key performance drivers across campaigns and initiatives in order to produce performance driven initiatives
- Monitor impact of digital campaigns against pre-defined OKRs and propose recommendations and actions to increase marketing ROI
- Take ownership of our local social media channels, create local content and leverage group material
- Driving efficient production and implementation with internal go-to-market teams end-to-end (i.e. product launches, campaigns, etc.)
- Understand and analyse the customer journey, identifying opportunities to develop and improve existing or new touchpoints
- The ownership and implementation of customer engagement strategy in close collaboration with Sales, Research and Go-to-Market
- Write engaging and relevant content for clients. (e.g. CEO Letter, Newsletter, Articles) and leverage group content (Translate, editing, proof reading)
- In-depth understanding of OOH marketing initiatives for brand awareness and client acquisition
- Marketing support for local events

**Profile**:

- Higher education in the fields of E-Commerce, Digital Marketing or Business Administration (Uni/FH/HF) or comparable education
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in an agency, fintech or data-driven company
- Knowledge of the financial industry and investment services is a plus
- Strong skills in project management
- Great stakeholder management and collaborative attitude in various functions and seniority levels
- Self-driven and able to set up your own goals and targets
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, German and French
- Experience in producing photos and short videos
- Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Analytics, Figma & Sitecore experience is a plus
