**Your role**
- Do you have a strong interest in capital markets and in how financial transactions work at their core?
- Do you carry a deep wish to specialize as an expert in Corporate Actions & Income Processing (CAIP)?
- We’re looking for someone like that who can help us to:
- accompany investigative client queries and research transactional contexts of corporate actions and income events
- inform the Front Office proactively on upcoming events and provide procedural guidance
- own and drive the resolution of client-related issues in order to find a solution that meets our clients’ needs
- identify problems and process improvement potentials based on queries
- analyze service quality and support in developing according solutions

**Your team**
- We are part of the in connection with Corporate Actions & Income Processing (CAIP) department in Zurich Opfikon. Our department is responsible for the correct and timely processing of Corporate Action and Income transactions. This includes cash payments such as dividends, interest-, liquidation
- and redemption-payments or corporate events like merger, capital increase, tender
- or purchase-offers and stock splits on equities, bonds or hedge fund products.

**Your expertise**
- professional experience in Corporate Actions and Income Processing (CAIP), capital market transactions and investment products would be an advantage
- high degree of service orientation and client focus, combined with good communication skills
- ability to collaborate effectively with other and work across the various CAIP teams
- proficient knowledge of English and ideally German
