**Your role**
- Are you familiar with investment funds? Do you love to analyze and solve problems on both tactical and strategic level and have a keen interest to contribute to UBS’s financial bottom line? Do you have a track record of successfully managing outsourcing partners? We’re looking for a product specialist to focus on the following:
- manage vendor relationship and performance / service level delivery; monitor vendor compliance with contractual obligations and track fulfilment of deliverables; contract (re-)negotiation management and compliance with sourcing strategy and UBS requirements
- retrocession collection and service fee management including business ownership for the related IT platform; driving both high quality process delivery as well as development and implementation of change projects as part of an overall roadmap.
- provision of regular and ad-hoc fact-based reports to ensure clear and transparent management communication and enable mitigation and resolution of potential issues

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Global Fund Investment Solutions team in Opfikon. We are responsible for maintaining the investment fund product offering for use by client advisors and investment professionals globally ex the US. In close collaboration with colleagues in various functions across the bank, you’ll substantially contribute to a seamless delivery of the fund offering and to the commercial value the funds business generates.

**Your expertise**
- several years of experience with investment funds, preferably fund product / distribution management, or fund operations
- proven track record in driving operational processes including their simplification, standardization and automation in collaboration with IT partners
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance /related discipline, MbE or similar business engineering education an advantage
- independent work style with strong problem-solving skills, pronounced attention to detail combined with ability to synthesize findings to drive stakeholder communication and action
- demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across functions, hierarchies and geographies
- fluent in English and preferably German
