**Your role**

Are you ready to play a key role in overseeing our multi-manager hedge fund and risk parity investment programs? Do you have a risk management mindset and a keen interest in governance aspects? We are looking for someone like you to:

- assume product and lifecycle management responsibilities and oversee the operations of the multi-manager investment programs in Luxembourg, Ireland, and the Cayman Islands
- co-ordinate with various in-house and third-party service providers, such as the portfolio management team, investment adviser, boards of directors, administrators, management companies, and auditors
- act as secretary to fund selection, investment, and risk committees (including maintenance of governance documentation and keeping meeting records)
- support the platform’s ongoing operations, including reporting, dealing calendars, valuation reviews, management and performance fee calculations, static data set-up and product documentation
- assist the team in dealing with various life-cycle events of products in the offered universe, such as new onboardings, corporate actions and capital calls
- maintain and improve the risk management and delegation oversight framework, tools and processes
- assist in monitoring of regulatory developments, on both funds and portfolio manager level, and support regulatory compliance initiatives

**Your team**

Alternatives Investment Solutions (AIS) is responsible for identifying high-quality alternative investment strategies and making these available to Global Wealth Management's advisory and discretionary clients.
You will be part of the Product Development and Management team that sits within CIO Global Investment Management AIS. We are responsible for the non-investment part of our proprietary fund of hedge funds business, and determine the most suitable investments from a commercial, legal, regulatory and tax compliance perspective for the advisory platform, and coordinate their approval and ultimate delivery.
We are responsible for $60bn+ of assets in hedge funds and $30bn+ in private markets across a wide array of fund structures in different jurisdictions.

**Your expertise**
- minimum of 5 years' experience in product life cycle management, risk management or operations, preferably in alternative asset classes
- solid understanding of investment fund governance, product terms and operating models
- excellent analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills with a structured work approach and ability to prioritize
- willing to learn, evolve and adapt in a fast paced and changing environment
- excellent writing skills
- experience with MS Excel including use of Pivot tables
- high integrity, self-motivated and team player
